Production usually takes 3–7 days to fulfil an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

- Europe: 6–8 business days
- Australia: 2–14 business days
- Japan: 4–8 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Printful work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide.
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

- Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them
Printful is a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at chooks@doublesnakesuniverse.com.
If you received a wrong/damaged product we sincerely apologise. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at chooks@doublesnakesuniverse.com within a weeks’ time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.
We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
Printful produce products to order. As a result, cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at chooks@doublesnakesuniverse.com.
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at chooks@doublesnakesuniverse.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll resolve the problem.
At this time, we cannot offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at chooks@doublesnakesuniverse.com within a week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a
refund.

Our Returns Policy applies to any Products purchased from us and as set out below.
If you are a UK consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days following your receipt or physical possession of the Product(s) from us or when a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you receives or has physical possession of the Product(s).
If you wish to cancel your order using this legal right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract either in writing by emailing chooks@doublesnakesuniverse.com or sending a letter by post to Kapow Comics, 18 Townscliffe Lane, Marple Bridge, Stockport SK6 5AW or calling us on 0043 660 842 5654.
If you exercise your right to cancel the contract during the 14 days period after receipt of the goods, we reimburse you the cost of the Product(s) using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the Product(s) back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the Product(s), whichever is the earlier.
Please return the unwanted Product(s) to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which you communicate your cancellation from the contract to us. Please return the Product(s) in line with our Returns Policy. We will reimburse you within 14 days from when we received the returned Product(s).
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the Product(s) unless our Returns Policy provides that we will reimburse the costs of returning items or if we delivered items in error to you or they were damaged or defective.
