Double Snakes Universe partners up with Printful to fulfil merchandise orders. Printful Terms differ from the Terms of Double Snakes Universe. Please read these Terms carefully before placing your order.

Together with our Privacy Policy these govern Another World’s relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our website.

The term ‘Double Snakes Universe’, ‘Double Snakes’ or ‘us’, ‘we’ or ‘our’ refers to the owner of this website. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website. Double Snakes Universe is responsible for the sale of the Products to you and delivery within the UK.

Delivery

Production usually takes 3–7 days to fulfil an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days
  • Japan: 4–8 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Printful work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide.

Customs

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

Receiving orders
In the unlikely event of your order not arriving in time. Please help us out by doing the following before contacting us:
  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at chooks@doublesnakesuniverse.com with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
Orders

Printful is a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at chooks@doublesnakesuniverse.com.

If you received a wrong/damaged product we sincerely apologise. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at chooks@doublesnakesuniverse.com within a weeks’ time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.

We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Returns

Printful produce products to order. As a result, cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at chooks@doublesnakesuniverse.com.

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at chooks@doublesnakesuniverse.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll resolve the problem.

At this time, we cannot offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at chooks@doublesnakesuniverse.com within a week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a
refund.

So far as permitted by law, and except in respect of death or personal injury arising from negligence, we exclude any liability for loss or damage of any kind resulting from the use of the Site (including the reliance upon any information contained on it).

We are not responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these Terms & Conditions.

This does not affect your legal right to have Products sent within a reasonable time or to receive a refund if Products cannot be supplied within a reasonable time.
General Information
These Terms & Conditions together with any further terms for the purchase of Products and documentation and materials referenced in these Terms & Conditions including our Delivery and policy on Returns constitute the entire agreement between you and us. Any failure by us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms & Conditions and the relationship between you and us shall be governed by the laws of England and the English courts shall have the exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. We reserve the right to vary these Terms & Conditions and any of our policies from time to time, such variations becoming effective immediately upon posting to the Site and by continuing to use it, you will be deemed to accept any such variations. You will be subject to these Terms & Conditions as in force at the time that you ordered Products from us, unless any change to those terms and conditions is required by law in which case it may apply to an order previously placed by you.
Copyright and trademark notice

All logos, graphics, images of products and descriptions of products, coding and site designs on this website are the intellectual property of Double Snakes Universe and may not be used without our express written permission.

Orders
Items that are placed in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. We are under a legal duty to supply goods that conform with their description on the website.
Acceptance of your BOOK order
You agree that your order is an offer to purchase the Products from Double Snakes Universe. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason without liability to you, for example, in the event we are unable to obtain authorisation of payment or that the Product ordered is out of stock. After submitting an order to us, we will send you an order acknowledgement email. This email will include your order number, details of the items you have ordered from us and delivery details. Please note that this email is an acknowledgement of your order and is not an acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order and formation of a contract of sale for the Product(s) between Double Snakes Universe and you will take place once we dispatch the Product(s) to you and we have sent you an email confirming this. Neither our third party payment processor nor our nominated courier has the authority to accept an order on behalf of Double Snakes Universe.
Order processing times
Whilst we aim to have products in stock, should any products not be in stock at any given time, the product will either be unlisted or clearly labeled ‘Out of Stock’ and unable to purchase. Merchandise order usually take takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

Pricing & Payment
We may vary the prices on our site at any time and without any notice. Delivery charges are itemised on the order acknowledgement issued by Another World. It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a Product’s correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Product to you. If a Product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our Site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Payment
You confirm that the credit/debit card or payment method that is being used is yours and that all details you provide to us in respect thereof including, without limitation, name and address details are complete, correct and accurate . You further confirm that the credit/debit card or payment method is valid and the inputted payment details correct. All credit/debit cardholders and any payment account holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer or payment method provider. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment, we will not accept your order and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal. We take reasonable care to make our Site secure. All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using PayPal or Stripe, both secure online payment gateways that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. We take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.
Cancellation right – cooling off period

Our Returns Policy applies to any Products purchased from us and as set out below.

If you are a UK consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days following your receipt or physical possession of the Product(s) from us or when a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you receives or has physical possession of the Product(s).

If you wish to cancel your order using this legal right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract either in writing by emailing chooks@doublesnakesuniverse.com or sending a letter by post to Kapow Comics, 18 Townscliffe Lane, Marple Bridge, Stockport SK6 5AW or calling us on 0043 660 842 5654.

If you exercise your right to cancel the contract during the 14 days period after receipt of the goods, we reimburse you the cost of the Product(s) using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the Product(s) back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the Product(s), whichever is the earlier.

Please return the unwanted Product(s) to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which you communicate your cancellation from the contract to us. Please return the Product(s) in line with our Returns Policy. We will reimburse you within 14 days from when we received the returned Product(s).

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the Product(s) unless our Returns Policy provides that we will reimburse the costs of returning items or if we delivered items in error to you or they were damaged or defective.

For further information about your statutory rights, contact your local authority Trading Standards department or Citizen’s Advice (citizensadvice.co.uk).

Returning products
You may return your purchase (or part of it) for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving it by sending the Product(s) back to us at 18 Townscliffe Lane, Marple Bridge Stockport Cheshire SK6 5AW. Please include your dispatch note marked with the Product(s) being returned. Please retain proof of postage so return postal costs can be reimbursed. If you return your entire order for a refund (or notify us of your intention to return it by emailing contact chooks@doublesnakesuniverse.com or calling us on 07894 105 134 within 14 days of receiving it), we will also refund the original delivery charge. For more information on your right to cancel, please see the Cancellation Right – Cooling Off Period section in our Terms and Conditions. Please note all Products must be returned in a fully resaleable condition, which means being unused and, if possible, in the original packaging. Another World reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on Products deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items. We offer free UK returns when using Royal Mail Signed for. Be sure to obtain a proof of postage or receipt when returning Products. We cannot be held responsible for Products that fail to reach us.
Delivery
Our orders are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class signed for or Parcelforce. We dispatch Monday-Friday excluding public holidays, and aim to process and dispatch your order within 1-3 weeks. Please note that unless otherwise stated on the Site, delivery times are estimates. Delivery times are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon as such. Please see our Delivery Page for further information. When ordering, you will be offered our delivery service once you reach the delivery address details page. Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have given on your order form. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect or incomplete. Please note that we do not deliver to PO boxes. Should an item go missing or get damaged whilst in transit you will receive a refund or a replacement. This will be after contacting Royal Mail and after we have confirmed it has not been delivered. Please note that there are restrictions on the locations to which we deliver Products purchased from the Site. Details of the locations to which we deliver are available from us on request. Please see the Delivery page. Provided your order has been accepted by us, your order shall be processed by Another World and we will endeavour to despatch your order in accordance with the estimated delivery times set out on the Delivery page of the Site. Estimated delivery times will be calculated from the date on which the order is processed. Where you have selected any of Another World’s delivery service, your sole remedy for any failure by Another World to despatch your order in time for delivery within the relevant estimated delivery times for your shipping destination and selected delivery method shall be your right to cancel the relevant order and receive a full refund of any monies paid to Another World in respect of that order. Title in the Products will pass to you on the earlier of: the date and time on which Double Snakes Universe receives payment in full for such Product(s); and /or the date and time when Another World despatches such Product(s) in respect of delivery to your nominated address.
  • the date and time on which Another World receives payment in full for such Product(s); and /or
  • the date and time when Another World despatches such Product(s) in respect of delivery to your nominated address.
Double Snakes Universe shall be liable to you for any damage to the Product that occurs between the time that such Products are despatched by us and the time at which such Products are delivered to you. Please consult the Delivery page for further information.
